Mr. Kojo Enninful

Kojo Enninful is the Managing Partner at Quartin Partners Limited, a capital markets advisory firm in Ghana, specializing in structured finance, capital raising, investment management, and strategy for corporates and SMEs in real estate, mining, commodities, and agribusiness. He leads the firm's strategy, direction, and business development. With nearly two decades in investment management, Kojo has managed €10 billion in European real estate debt. He previously served as Director at Barings LLC, overseeing €3 billion AUM in real estate debt, handling origination, execution, and fund management. Before that, he was Assistant Vice President at Situs Asset Management, managing global AUM of $145 billion in real estate debt for top US and European investment banks. Kojo also held key roles at Hatfield Philips International, specializing in CMBS, CDOs, and investor relations. He holds a BSc in Geodetic Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (Ghana) and an MSc in Finance from the University of Strathclyde (Scotland).

Charles Kojo Vandyck is a development practitioner, thought leader, and advocate for transformative change in majority-world communities. As the Head of Capacity Development at WACSI and a member of the RINGO Systems Change initiative, Charles has been instrumental in strengthening civil society organisations to drive sustainable, community-led impact. With credentials as a certified Change the Game Academy Master Trainer and an IFC-Learning and Performance Institute Trainer, he blends a wealth of practical expertise with a deep passion for leadership development, organisational growth, and systems transformation. Charles is also a recognized podcaster, amplifying critical conversations on global development, equity, and innovation.

Mr. Bonaventure F.P Dossou

Bonaventure F. P. Dossou is an AI researcher, author, and technology pioneer specializing in machine learning, healthcare, and language technology. He is recognized for integrating Fon, an underrepresented African language, into Google Translate and advocating for linguistic inclusion in digital platforms. He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Machine Learning & Healthcare at McGill University, Canada, and holds an MSc in Computer Science & Bioinformatics from Jacobs University Bremen, Germany, and a BSc in Mathematics from Kazan Federal University, Russia. Bonaventure has worked at Google Research, Lelapa AI, and Borealis AI, contributing to AI models for healthcare and language technologies. His projects include predictive models for maternal health, African language processing, and enhancing large language models. He has received numerous awards, including the Borealis AI PhD Fellowship (2024), Wikimedia Research of the Year (2021), and ViVaTech-UNESCO Challenge Winner (2021). Fluent in English, French, Fon, and Goun, with intermediate Russian proficiency, he is dedicated to advancing AI for global inclusivity and impact.
